Montclair High School’s Program Planning Guide is the guide providing “students and parents an overview of the philosophy and course content of each academic department.” It includes course sequence charts, graduation requirements, information about course instruction levels, how course recommendations work, how recommendations may be overridden, how GPAs are computed, and so on. In short, it is that crucial map for how to have a successful four years of high school. It should be required reading, and it will serve as an important reference.
For unknown reasons, the location of this document on the web site has drifted around over the years. Sometimes, it completely disappears for a while. The time at which this is being written is one of those times.
